Overview —

Lux Drive was born out of a vision to redefine airport transfers in Newcastle, NSW. Identifying a gap in the taxi and rideshare market, they set out to create a luxurious, eco-friendly pre-booked transfer service powered by electric vehicles.

To bring their vision to life, Lux Drive needed a standout brand, a high-converting website, and a seamless web app to handle bookings. They turned to Woven Studio for a multidisciplinary approach that would help them launch with impact.

The Challenge—

As a new business, Lux Drive needed to establish itself as a premium service from day one. The brand had to exude luxury, sustainability, and innovation, while the website and app had to deliver a frictionless user experience for both customers and the Lux Drive team.

The biggest challenge was balancing high-end branding with an efficient and user-friendly digital experience—ensuring that every interaction, from brand touchpoints to booking a ride, felt seamless and premium.

Brand Strategy & Identity

We began with a Brand Essence workshop, working closely with Lux Drive to refine their authentic brand voice, messaging, and unique selling proposition. From there, we explored stylescapes and concept directions, merging luxury with sustainability to craft a visual identity that felt both premium and purpose-driven.
The logo system was designed for versatility, providing a responsive, adaptable brand mark suited for various applications, from digital platforms to print collateral. To ensure brand consistency, we delivered a comprehensive brand rollout, equipping Lux Drive with the tools needed to maintain a cohesive identity across all touchpoints.

Website & Web App Design

Our website strategy workshop set the foundation for both the marketing website and the booking web app, ensuring an experience that was seamless, automated, and user-friendly.
Leveraging our Designed to Convert framework, we focused on compelling storytelling and UX-driven copywriting to maximize engagement and conversions. The website was built in Webflow, delivering a high-performance, responsive experience optimized for SEO and searchability. A custom CMS was implemented, allowing the Lux Drive team to easily manage and update content, ensuring the platform remains dynamic and relevant.

Web App Development

We created clickable wireframes to map out the user journey, ensuring a smooth, intuitive booking process across both mobile and desktop. A comprehensive design system was developed to maintain visual consistency and scalability, making future updates seamless.

By taking an iterative and collaborative approach, we ensured that every element—from branding to website and app development—aligned perfectly with Lux Drive’s vision, delivering a digital experience that felt as premium as the service itself.
